Introduction
CIWS: Simple and Effective Tap and Drinking Water Treatment Solution
CIOC innovative modular water treatment plants (CIWS) have been developed to provide an economical, simple and reliable method of treatment for drinking water. The water treatment Is based on the combination of conventional settling and filtration processes.
The design is standardized on total factory built and delivered fully assembled to enable fast installation on site.

BENEFITS
Introducing CIWS's Two Product Lines: CIWS-Basic and CIWS-Plus
CIWS-Basic purifies surface and groundwater cost-effectively, while CIWS-Plus works with diverse membrane treatment systems
CIWS-Basic
The CIWS-Basic version focuses on providing purification of surface water and groundwater in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
The core CIWS Basic system comprises five module sections:
CIWS Plus
The CIWS Plus system includes all processing steps of the CIWS Basic system and can accommodate different membrane treatment systems like ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, and seawater desalination.
It offers unmatched benefits as a pre-treatment for membrane systems, preventing rapid wear or damage due to variations in raw water quality.
The choice of membrane system impacts the final water production rate, with slightly higher rates for ultrafiltration or nanofiltration than reverse osmosis.

Note:
* The energy consumption and dimensions of additional equipment such as water storage tanks, pumps for water supply and pumping are not included in this table as they may be required to be installed in CIWS Basic series equipment depending on the treatment needs.
** Equipment with a processing capacity greater than 5000m³/day have external backwashing and heat dissipation systems and are not included in the statistics in this table.

The CIWS-Plus series membrane treatment systems are customized based on water demand and can be equipped with various types of membrane treatment systems.
** 1. The selection of different membrane systems can affect many parameters of the system, including the water output and peak power. The information in this table is based on the design of a reverse osmosis system. Choosing other types of membranes may change these parameters. For example, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration can increase water output and reduce energy consumption, while choosing seawater desalination may reduce water output.
** 2. The systems of P-50, P-300 and P-800 are integrated in design. Other systems have a containerized membrane treatment unit independently installed on the existing Elite version.
Example - CIWS Basic 50
The entire CIWS product line is designed based on the highly representative CIWS Basic system.

Process Description
Water enter from step ① and work its way down through the stages to exit at step ⑥.
The treatment process is the same as that of all conventional water treatment plants.
